Max M. Boursaw, 38, Sturgeon Bay, Criminal Damage to Property on 1/28/23, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 2) AODA assessment and follow through; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety with the exception of any prescription medications; 4) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, work search or combination; 5) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) Provide DNA sample 8) Pay court costs; 9) Pay Restitution: Amount to be determined within 60 days To the charge in Count 2, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total of TWELVE (12) years. That’s SEVEN (7) years initial confinement followed by FIVE (5) years extended supervision. Conditions of Extended Supervision: Same Conditions as Count 1. Defendant is found for the Challenge Incarceration Program and Substance Abuse Program. Defendant has credit for 383 days.
