Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry is getting a new Vice President and General Manager.
An announcement from WAF says Aaron Kupsky will be promoted succeeding Gregg Rabe, who’s retiring after 36 years of service.
CEO Sachin Shivaram says the company is pleased to promote Aaron to the leadership role as he’s been instrumental in our growth by providing oversight of several key projects, including managing day-to-day operations for our recent expansion in Manitowoc.
Kupsky joined Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry in 2020 as the purchasing manager and was promoted to Director of Purchasing and Capital Projects in 2023.
He’d spent several years at Kimberly Clark before WAF and recently graduated from St. Norbert College with a master’s degree in business administration.
