As the Kiel girls soccer team gears up for the start of the state tournament today, they are also celebrating their success on the all-conference list.
A total of six Raiders made the 1st Team All EWC squad, including the EWC Player of the Year, Senior Lydia Vander-Meer.
She was joined by teammates Maddison McDole, Taavi Saeger, Elisheba Sippel, Addison Uselding, and netminder Danielle Mueller.
Sheboygan Falls took up nearly the rest of the 1st Team honorees, with Lillian Reinl, Brynne Carroll, Natalie Grunwald, and Addie Schliewe making the cut.
New Holstein’s Natalya Langenfeld was the only non- Raider or Falcon to make the 1st Team list.
The Raiders also had three athletes make the 2nd Team squad and one honorable mention, while three Roncalli players made the 2nd team, and two were honorable mentions.
One Valders athlete made the 2nd team while another was honorable mention, New Holstein had one player on the 2nd team and four honorable mentions, while Sheboygan Falls had two each on the 2nd team and honorable mention lists.
