A 44-year-old Manitowoc man facing several charges after being accused of having several people using controlled substances in his home remains in The County Jail on a probation hold.
Jason S. Colby appeared in Manitowoc County Circuit Court Monday afternoon for a bail hearing and has been officially charged with Being the Keeper of a Drug House and Possession of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl.
Colby was already on probation in connection to four separate drug convictions, two each in Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties.
Police were tipped off to possible drug sales taking place at a residence in the 1000 block of South 22nd Street.
Colby admitted to being the sole occupant of the residence, with a search of the home uncovering numerous items of drug paraphernalia, along with a safe containing Methamphetamine and two tinfoil bindles of fentanyl.
Conditions of bail are that Colby is to have “no contact” with any known drug dealer or user and maintain “absolute sobriety.”
His initial appearance is scheduled for June 24th at 1:30.
