Prosecutors in Kenosha say the woman who hit and killed a local man didn’t have a Wisconsin driver’s license and say her license from Illinois was suspended.
The D.A.’s office this week charged 37-year-old Sheila Tennin with hitting and killing Troy Wohlgefahrt back on June 8th.
She told police she thought she hit a carpet, but in reality, she dragged Wohlgefahrt’s body for nearly five blocks.
She was in court for her first appearance yesterday and was bound for trial.
