A New Jersey man faces nearly 50 felony charges for allegedly sending nude photos and videos to an 11-year-old girl from Rusk County.
Prosecutors report that 35-year-old Mark Uptegrove met the girl on Snapchat and is now charged with 45 felony counts of exposing a child to harmful material.
If convicted on all counts, Uptegrove could spend the rest of his life in prison.
There is no information yet on when he will be brought to Wisconsin to face these charges.
