The man who reported Elijah Vue missing from his Two Rivers apartment will be back in a Manitowoc County courtroom later today.
39-year-old Jesse Vang is due for a status conference in front of Judge Robert Dewane at 3:30 p.m.
Vang is facing charges regarding the caretaking of Elijah at his apartment on Mishicot Road.
Vang told police that on the morning of February 20th, he took his son to the bus stop for school before returning and taking a nap.
When he woke up a few hours later, he said Elijah was gone.
Vang is charged with chronic child neglect along with his partner Katrina Baur, who will be back in court on July 1st.
