Pedro A. Salas, 20, Maribel, possess drug paraphernalia on 9/9/23, Guilty due to no contest plea, $100 fine plus costs, total $579 to be paid by 08-13-2024 or additional penalties for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample. Court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon successful completion of sentence. The defendant must pay the fine, have no further convictions and complete 25 hours of community service and submit proof of such within the next six (6) months. The court finds that the defendant would benefit and society would not be harmed by expungement in this matter.
