The mother of missing 3-year-old Elijah Vue is getting a plea hearing.
That’s what the lawyer for 31-year-old Katrina Baur requested during her scheduling conference in a Manitowoc County Courtroom Monday afternoon.
Baur is facing three charges following the disappearance of Elijah back in February 20th, although they aren’t directly connected to his disappearance.
She allegedly dropped him off to her boyfriend, 39-year-old Jesse Vang, for “disciplinary reasons” back on February 12th.
Vang is the last person to see Elijah before he reported him missing from his apartment in Two Rivers.
He is due back in court in September for a status hearing.
Both have been charged with child neglect while Baur is also facing charges of resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
Her plea hearing is set for July 18th at 4 pm.
