A missing person’s investigation in Dodge County has now become a death investigation.
An announcement from the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office says they’ve been searching for 37-year-old Crystal Rasch of rural Clyman, WI, since June 27th.
Since the start of their investigation, they’ve been looking into Rasch’s finances and found numerous transactions had taken place using her accounts.
A criminal complaint was filed charging her estranged husband, 42-year-old Zachariah Rasch, with being responsible for those transactions.
He was arrested and charged with seven counts of misappropriation of an ID to obtain money.
He’s since been given a $250,000 cash bond and is still in the Dodge County Jail.
Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt says no information is being released regarding the death investigation because it’s still a very active investigation.
Crystal has not yet been found as Dodge County and numerous other sheriff’s offices continue to look.
