Fireworks are being blamed for a fire that severely damaged an apartment building on Milwaukee’s northwest side on the Fourth of July.
The incident occurred at apartments located at 84th and Mill.
Investigators believe a firework set off the massive three-alarm fire.
Two residents were hospitalized for smoke inhalation, and several others were left homeless.
The Red Cross is assisting those affected in finding new accommodations.
