The man who attempted to meet up with a minor but was instead met by a biker group has been sentenced.
36-year-old Heath Grebe was found guilty due to no-contest pleas on charges of 2nd Degree Attempted Sexual Assault of a Child and Use of a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime.
Judge Anthony Lambrecht withheld sentencing and placed Grebe on probation for 5 years.
Grebe had been chatting online with someone he thought was a 13-year-old girl but was instead an online group known as Bikers Against Predators.
A full video of the encounter was posted to their Facebook page.
As a part of his sentence, Grebe was ordered to undergo a psychosexual evaluation, comply with all requirements of the Sex Offender Registry, have no contact with anyone under 18 unless approved by his agent, and have no internet-enabled devices unless approved by his agent.
