Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Psychosexual evaluation and follow through; 3) Comply with all requirements of the Sex Offender Registry; 4) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling or combination; 5) Ninety (90) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court; 6) No contact with anyone under the age of 18 unless approved by the agent; 7) No internet enabled devices unless approved by the agent’ 8) Provide DNA sample; 9) Pay court costs; 10) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. The defendant has 282 days sentence credit if revoked. Count 2: Court finds the defendant guilty and withholds entry of the judgment of conviction pursuant to a five (5) year Deferred Judgment Agreement.

Misdemeanor
Elizabeth Jean Cook, 26, Green Bay, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse on 10/21/22, Guilty due to no contest plea, $100 fine plus costs, total $679 to be paid by 09-03-2024 or additional penalties for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.
Daquian Dejuan Dent, 22, Milwaukee, possession of THC on 7/27/23, Guilty due to no contest plea, $250 fine plus costs, total $1004.25 to be paid by 09-03-2024 or additional penalties for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample. Court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes. In order to obtain expungement, the defendant must complete twenty (20) hours of community service in the next six (6) months, he must have no further law violations in the next six (6) months, and he must pay the fine and costs. The court finds that the defendant would benefit and society would not be harmed by expungement in this matter.
