The area’s two semi-pro football teams are back in action today.
The Manitowoc County Mariners are in a “win and in” situation, as they sit at 4-4 entering the final game of the regular season.
They will be at Ron Rubick Municipal Field at 3:00 p.m. to take on the Wisconsin Ravens, a team they beat 14-3 just over a month ago.
If the Mariners win, they will make the postseason.
Meanwhile, the Sheboygan County SaberCats will try to bounce back from a loss two weeks ago as they are on the road to take on the Southern Lakes Blue Devils.
The SaberCats are 6-2 on the season, with two games left in the regular season.
They are trying to repeat as Midwest United Football League Champions and take the crown for the 3rd time in four years.
