The city of Appleton and Outagamie County are partnering with United Way following another round of flooding.
Outagamie County received between 1 and 3.5 inches of rainfall Saturday (July 13th) on top of already oversaturated soil, causing the floods.
In response, the partnership with 211 United Way is to collect damage reports from affected citizens.
Residents can call 211 to report the flood damage surrounding and inside their homes.
The Outagamie County Public Health Division also recommends that residents document the damage through pictures and receipts for clean-up efforts.
This is being done to understand the scope of damages in the county and for documentation in the event of relief funds becoming available.
More information and additional resources can be found online on the Outagamie County Public Health Division’s Facebook page.
