The Boys and Girls Club of the Fox Valley has announced that a new location will be coming to the area.
On Monday (July 15th), they confirmed the new location will be in Neenah on the corner of Byrd Avenue and Marathon Avenue and will break ground on September 3rd.
Months of conversations have led community leaders and club supporters to commit more than $10 million to the project.
However, fundraising efforts are ongoing and led by John and Tim Bergstrom, as the new facility is estimated to cost more than $13 million.
The Neenah location will span 35,000 square feet and is set to feature a Life and Workforce Readiness Center, dance studio, full-scale gymnasium, and much more.
The new club will also be the 16th location in the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley family which supports youth in Outagamie, Calumet, Winnebago, and Manitowoc Counties. More information on the new Neenah location can be found at BGClubFoxValley.com.
