Signs have been posted for a new Chinese restaurant known as BBQ Hot Pot.
While the BBQ part of that title is obvious, a hot pot is a style of eating where a pot of high-quality stock is placed in the middle of a table on a heat source, keeping it simmering throughout the meal.
Thinly sliced raw ingredients are served to the eaters, and it is up to the consumer to drag the food through the stock, cooking it to their liking.
Workers were inside the building getting it all set up, with a hopeful opening date sometime in August
