The woman charged in the crash involving Tina and Jason Prigge still has no attorney.
The 29-year-old woman was before Shawano County Judge Katherine Solma yesterday morning, where she told the court that she is still in need of an attorney.
She does not qualify for Wisconsin State Public Defenders services, and thus has to supply one herself.
The woman decided to wait to have her preliminary hearing until she had acquired an attorney, so the court waived the time limits.
A status conference was scheduled for August 15th.
