Donna Rae A. Zirk, 88, of Manitowoc, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024.
Donna Rae was born on March 13, 1936 in Barron county to Fred and Vallina (Crotteau) Boury. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Manitowoc in 1954. On May 25, 1957 she married Stanley Zirk. He preceded her in death on December 5, 2022.
Donna Rae is survived by three sons: John, Raymond, and Andrew Zirk all of Manitowoc; sister and brother: Joyce (Roland) Budnar, McFarland WI, and Larry (Mary Jo) Boury, Cecil WI; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Joan Boury, Rodney Zirk, Joanne Paasch, and Carl (Jean) Zirk. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Donna Rae is preceded in death by her husband: Stanley Zirk; son: Daniel Zirk; brothers: Robert Boury and David Boury; sisters: Maxine (Paul) Kramer, Lois (Peter) Kohlar, and Lucille (Neil) Berres.
A memorial mass to celebrate Donna Rae’s life will be held on Friday, July 19, at St. Francis of Assisi, Grand Site, with Rev. Matthew Colle and Rev. Randall Budnar concelebrating the mass. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am. Donna Rae will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery.
