Body camera footage reveals that Samuel Sharpe Jr., who was shot dead by Ohio police officers in Milwaukee, was armed with two knives and engaged in a fight with another man.
The incident occurred yesterday at 14th and Vliet, over a mile from the RNC at Fiserv Forum.
The footage shows Sharpe as the aggressor.
Despite this, a vigil for Sharpe was held last night, with RNC protesters blaming the convention for the shooting.
Sharpe’s family stated he had been living in a tent city in King Park and had a history of mental illness.
