Travis King, an American soldier from Racine who crossed into North Korea last July, is reportedly in plea negotiations with the Army.
King had been scheduled to return to the U.S. for disciplinary action related to a fight in South Korea before fleeing to North Korea, where he spent nearly three months.
His preliminary hearing in a military court in Texas was delayed due to ongoing plea talks.
King faces several charges, including desertion.
