A Sheboygan Woman convicted of embezzlement will not be going to jail.
43-year-old Krisi Kaiser, who previously was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a charge of Theft in a Business Setting over $100,000, was ordered by Judge Natasha Torry to spend seven years on probation.
A charge of Forgery – Uttering was dismissed but read into the record. WHBL reports that Kaiser admitted to stealing over $100,000 from the Sheboygan County Homebuilders Association.
Kaiser claimed her no deceased ex-boyfriend first pressured her to start stealing from the organization, but after he died, she kept the scheme going.
