The Manitowoc Lincoln Cheer team brought home some hardware last week.
The team participated in the Universal Cheerleaders Association Cheer Camp, where they were named the Most Improved and the Best at Game Day Sideline cheering.
In addition, Bailey DeVore, Peyton Schwartz, and Eliana Nessman received the 2024 All-American award.
This is the second time Nessman has received this honor, which comes with an invitation to perform at special events around the world.
To earn this honor, cheerleaders must demonstrate a variety of skills and qualities, including cheerleading skills, enthusiasm, sharp motions, dance, cheer, facial expression, jumps, tumbling, stunting, leadership, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
