Prominent figures such as Democratic U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin and Governor Tony Evers praised Biden’s decision.
Although Governor Evers has not yet commented on Harris, other Democrats have been vocal in their support.
Madison State Senator Kelda Roys believes Harris could effectively contrast former President Trump, emphasizing that defeating Trump remains the primary goal for Wisconsin Democrats this fall.
