In the 2022 murder case of Christopher Conner, Xavier Thompson has pleaded no contest to charges of recklessly endangering safety, resulting in the dismissal of homicide charges.
Thompson is the third person to accept a plea deal in this case, which involved five individuals.
He will be sentenced in October, while two other suspects remain in jail awaiting their trials or plea deals.
