The woman who was behind the wheel of a car that killed a 19-year-old man in Calumet County has been convicted.
61-year-old Bridget Miller was found guilty due to no-contest pleas on charges of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle and two counts of Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle.
Additional charges of Homicide by Use of a Vehicle with a Prohibited Alcohol Content (PAC) and two counts of Injury by Use of a Vehicle with PAC were dismissed but read into the record.
Miller was arrested after a crash in the Village of Harrison in March 2023.
The crash claimed the life of a 19-year-old Grand Chute man and seriously injured a 32-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man, each from Kaukauna.
Miller will be back in Court on September 24th, when Judge Jeffrey Froelich will deliver a sentence.
