Aimee L. Augustine, 60, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024.
Aimee was born on June 7, 1964 in Manitowoc daughter of the late Gerald and Patricia (Radandt) Augustine. She attended schools in Manitowoc and graduated with the class of 1982 from Lincoln High School. She served in the United States Army for 6 years, obtaining the rank of Sergeant. She attended the University of Wisconsin Green Bay where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in 2013. Past employment included WOMT Radio, American Family Insurance, and the Manitowoc County Veteran’s Service Office. Aimee recently retired after 15 years as a Veteran’s Service Officer where she was very dedicated to serving Veterans and their families. She was a member of First Lutheran Church, Big Brothers and Big Sisters since 2009, and Waves Yoga Studio. She enjoyed yoga, gardening, cooking, arts and crafts, and bicycling.
Aimee is survived by her siblings: Todd Augustine, Brenda Augustine, and Christopher Augustine; one niece and three nephews: Godson Alex Hart, Ryan Hart, Hailey Augustine, and Todd Augustine Jr.; aunts and uncles: Joanne Herman, Shirley Kopatz, Susan Augustine, Linda (Jeff) Mott, Timothy Augustine, and Richard Miller. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. Aimee is preceded in death by her parents: Gerald and Patricia Augustine; brother: Steve Augustine; aunts and uncles: Gregory Augustine, Dale (Connie) Augustine. Michael (Kay) Augustine, Rosmary Miller, Eugene Kopatz, and Richard Radandt; paternal grandparents: Michael (Thelma) Augustine; and maternal grandparents: Roy (Violet) Radandt.
A Memorial service to celebrate Aimee’s life will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at First Lutheran Church, Manitowoc at 11:00 am with Rev. Andy Wendle officiating. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 9:00 am until 10:45 am. Military honors will follow at church. Burial will take place at a later date at Evergreen Cemetery.
