The Sheboygan Jaycees are ready for the grand return of Johnsonville Brat Days.
The yearly event will be held at Kiwanis Park on Friday and Saturday (August 2 & 3). Festivities start at 5:00 p.m. on day one and 9:00 a.m. on day two.
Live music, good food, and a brat-eating contest have become the main attractions at Brat Days over the years, and this time around, a cornhole tournament is set to take place as well.
Live music acts this year include Pat McCurdy, Off Kilter, and Two for the Show.
Aside from a brief hiatus in the late 60’s, Brat Days has been celebrating Sheboygan every summer since 1953.
However, the event was canceled last year while the Sheboygan Jaycees worked to revamp the festivities.
Admission is free.
