Desmound Cleveland, who admitted to having sex in the lobby of the Waukesha County Jail, will not serve additional jail time.
A judge sentenced the 29-year-old to time served. Cleveland pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct charges after being caught on security camera having sex with his 67-year-old girlfriend on a bench in the jail lobby around 3:00 a.m. in May.
The woman explained they had been locked out of a local boarding house and went to the jail to rest.
When deputies confronted Cleveland, he reportedly said, “sex happens.”
