The Two Rivers Police Department is inviting everyone out to Walsh Field Tuesday night (August 6th) for their rendition of National Night Out.
The program began in 1984 with the goal of promoting police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.
In Two Rivers, there will be a lot of fun activities, including a scavenger hunt, an obstacle course, and, of course, brats, burgers, and snacks.
Several vehicles will also be on hand to look over, including a mobile command post, the Sheriff’s Office SWAT vehicles, some big tucks provided by the City of Two Rivers, Fire Trucks, Ambulance, and a UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter provided by the Wisconsin Army National Guard.
Two Rivers K9 Daisy will also be on hand to great guests.
It all begins at 6:00 Tuesday evening at Walsh Field in Two Rivers.
