The Manitowoc Police Department is inviting hunters to a pair of meetings where they will discuss the bow hunting regulations in the city.
The meetings will both be held in the lower level of the Manitowoc Police Department building on Tuesday, August 13th.
The first will begin at noon, and the second is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
Both meetings will cover the same topics, namely the purpose of the hunt, the type of permissions needed to bow hunt in the city, and the rules set by the city to conduct a safe hunt.
Bowhunting and landowner applications can be obtained and submitted on the City of Manitowoc website or at the front counter of the Police Department during normal business hours.
