A La Velle man is facing his fourth OWI after being pulled over on the interstate in Winnebago County.
Wisconsin State Patrol reports that on Sunday (August 11th), they pulled over 40-year-old Jarrod Fitzgerald on the ramp from Highway 76 to I-41 southbound near Oshkosh for speeding and erratic driving.
After making contact with Fitzgerald, troopers saw possible signs of impairment.
After an investigation, Fitzgerald was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence for a 4th offense.
After going to a hospital for a blood sample, Fitzgerald was taken to the Winnebago County Jail.
The incident is still under investigation.
