A Green Bay man accused recording a 17-year-old girl while she was showering late last year has a plea/sentencing hearing set.
Court records show that 58-year-old Ruben Baez-Garcia will be back in a Brown County Courtroom in October for the plea hearing.
According to WFRV TV, Baez-Garcia tried to record the teen in a shower back in December.
The teen saw the phone above her while she was showing and when she tried to knock it down, she allegedly saw Baez-Garcia as the one recording her.
He tried to apologize but was later arrested.
He’s facing charges of capturing an intimate representation of a victim under 18 and invading privacy using a surveillance device.
