There will be two out-of-state performers taking the stage this weekend at the 24th annual Acoustic Fest.
On Saturday (August 17th), Springfield, Missouri-based musician Mark Barger is set to play at 3:00 p.m.
Barger is a guitarist, singer, and songwriter who will bring a wide variety of styles to Washington Park, ranging from folk to reggae. Barger has performed for crowds in the Missouri Ozarks for over 15 years.
Following him will be Genevieve Howard, performing at 4:00 p.m.
Howard is a singer and songwriter based out of Nashville, Tennessee, whose music incorporates folk, pop, and indie piano styles.
She tries to incorporate humor and connection while she performs, which will keep listeners immersed at Acoustic Fest this weekend.
