There is only one meeting today in the city of Two Rivers.
The second regular City Council meeting of the month takes place at 6:00 pm tonight in council chambers at Two Rivers City Hall.
First, there will be a public hearing regarding a condition use permit as a Museum Storage Building for the Roger Street Fishing Village.
The public will then get time to comment before a discussion about Kites Over Lake Michigan in City Manager Greg Buckley’s report.
The council will then look over an amendment for a 2024 budget for the purchase of the former Eggers Industries plant on 19th Street before initiating the process for recruitment for a new city manager.
Lastly, there will be a proposed agreement with Manitowoc County over city use of the County Compost Site on Woodland Drive before they adjourn for the evening.
