Motorists in Howards Grove will have one less issue this week, as the Wisconsin DOT has finished up their project on Highway 42.
WHBL reports that crews had been out replacing curb ramps, adding new curbs and gutters, and putting down a new asphalt overly on the roadway since mid-July.
The project was anticipated to take until sometime in September to finish, but things went rather smoothly, allowing workers to finish the project well ahead of schedule.
It is not known if the project also came in under budget as well.
