A Greenleaf man has once again been convicted of driving while intoxicated.
FOX11 reports that 52-year-old Tobin Gilson was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on his 8th OWI after recently being sentenced to 10 years in prison for his 7th OWI.
Gilson was arrested on Sunday (August 18th) after police found him driving around a grocery store parking lot in Grand Chute.
Gilson told the officers that he was looking for his wallet and admitted to smoking meth.
Gilson’s OWI record dates back to May of 1990, with three more occurring in the 90s, another in 2001 and 2008, and his 7th in 2023, which came from a crash that injured two people.
