A local Wisconsin assemblyman has been honored by the Wisconsin Game Preserve Association.
25th District Republican Paul Tittl received the “Legislator of the Year” award from the preserve for his work to support sporting heritage and a healthy wildlife population.
Tittl says he’s thrilled to be recognized for supporting responsible conservation efforts, and “I look forward to promoting these same measures when we are back in session.”
The Wisconsin Game Preserve Association has expanded sporting heritage by eliminating double taxation on game birds, supporting legislation increasing hunting in the state, and helping with protocols in the instance of the bird flu.
You hear more about it from Tittl and talk to him about other issues during a listening session this week at the Manitowoc County Fair.
One listening session will be held tomorrow (August 22nd) from 6:00 to 6:45 pm and Saturday (August 24th) from 1:00 to 1:45 pm.
