A teacher from northwestern Wisconsin faces new legal troubles, accused of having sexual relations with an eleven-year-old student.
This week, prosecutors in Hudson brought additional charges against Madison Bergmann, including enticement and sexual misconduct by school staff.
Bergmann is already facing charges of sexual assault.
Investigators revealed that these new charges were prompted by the discovery of numerous handwritten notes exchanged between Bergmann and the student, in addition to thousands of text messages.
Bergmann has been released on bond and is scheduled to appear in court next month.
