A 19-year-old Green Bay woman has officially been charged after she was caught with marijuana at the Manitowoc County Fair.
Olivia Gamez was given at $1,500 signature bond after police found a THC vape device in her purse.
An attendee at the fair first told police that Gamez was intoxicated despite being underage.
She was charged with Possession of THC, as well as one count each of Misdemeanor and Felony Bail Jumping, while also being cited for Underage Possession or Consumption.
The lone condition of bail is that Gamez maintains absolute sobriety.
