A maritime historian will be honoring the Algoma Ghost Ships next month.
Brendon Baillod will be on hand on Saturday, September 14th at Yardstick Books in Algoma to tell the heartbreaking stories of Algoma’s new shipwreck discoveries.
Brendon will tell the stories of those who were involved in the operations with the vessels, as well as how they were discovered 150 years later.
Baillod is an award-winning Wisconsin maritime historian as he appeared on the History Channel, Discovery Channel, National Geographic Channel, and Travel Channel.
There will also be a 3D virtual tour of the wreck sites at the event, which will begin at 4:00 p.m.
