The North Town Partners are holding an event to showcase new apartments coming to Sheboygan.
On August 29th, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., they will be holding the “Welcome to North Town,” highlighting the 83 apartments of the new Adeline building.
At this event, guests can take guided tours of the move-in ready units, which are already 35 percent leased.
In addition to the tours of the Adeline, there will be a musical performance by Milwaukee-based rock band The 3D Four and a lineup of local food trucks.
Along with the Adeline is the North Town’s north complex, named Charlotte, an 87 apartment complex that will also house 16,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor.
These apartment tours and new housing options are a good sign for Sheboygan, as the city’s housing study has found a shortage of affordable units in the city and county.
