Two individuals made it out of a vehicle before it backed into and became submerged in Lake Winnebago.
FOX11 reports that on Monday (September 2nd), Fond du Lac Fire and Rescue were called to the incident, which took place at Lakeside Park.
As police arrived on the scene, they found two individuals who appeared to have been in the water and were identified as the driver and passenger of the now submerged vehicle.
Additional crews from the Fire and Rescue team entered the water to check the vehicle for additional occupants, but luckily, none were found.
The car was later removed from the water after a local vehicle recovery company was called for the task.
No one was injured during the incident.
