Thomas J. Lorenz, 36, Two Rivers, use Oleoresin device-harm/crime (pepper spray) as a repeater on 4/23/23, Guilty due to a no contest plea, The court comments and sentences the defendant. The defendant is sentenced to eighteen (18) months initial confinement followed by eighteen 2 (two) months extended supervision.
