There are two meetings in the City of Two Rivers today (September 3rd).
The Public Utilities Commission will be in the Committee Room in City Hall at 5:00 p.m., where they will give the public time to voice input.
They will then get updates on the Roosevelt Avenue reconstruction project and on construction in Phase 3 of the Sandy Bay Highlands Subdivision project.
Then, at 6:00 p.m., the City Council will gather in the Council Chambers, where they will start with a public hearing on the proposed expansion of Lucky Paws Pet Boutique.
They will also discuss the adoption of an updated Parks and Open Space Plan before looking over a proposed amendment to the fees section of the municipal code.
The Council will also enter a closed session to discuss a possible property acquisition and a proposal to give financial assistance to an unspecified development project.
