The Reedsville Panthers jump from fifth to fourth in this week’s Division Six wissports.net Coaches High School Football Poll released Tuesday afternoon.
The Panthers improved to 2 and 0 by holding off Lourdes Academy of Oshkosh 26 to 20 last Friday night.
They’ll host The Rockets of Cedar-Grove Belgium in their Big East opener Friday at 7 p.m.
The only other area team in the D-6 rankings is Bonduel, who checks in at number 8.
In Division Five, Kiel remains at number five. Wrightstown remains number one, with Saint Mary’s Springs of Fond Du Lac up from fourth to third.
Xavier (Appleton) is number three in Division Four. In Division Three, Notre Dame (Green Bay) is atop the rankings, with Plymouth and Fox Valley Lutheran at five and six, respectively.
Kaukauna and West De Pere are fifth and sixth, respectively, in Division Two, while Kimberly, coming off their impressive 35 to 14 win at Bayport last Thursday night, jumps two spots to number one.
Arrowhead, who lost 24 to 21 to Homestead, fell from first to sixth. Bayport fell out of the top ten.
