The Two Rivers Parks and Recreation Department is working on some improvements to Zander Dog Park.
The park on Columbus Street will soon have a new water system for the canines to quench their thirst, as crews began installing a water line this week.
As it is right now, the park has a shelter for rent, some basketball courts, and the City’s only free dog park.
The Parks and Recreation Department noted that the addition of the drinking fountain for dogs will “ensure that our furry friends stay hydrated and happy during their playtime.”
