The Manitowoc man facing a dozen child sex charges is due back in court today (September 13th).
37-year-old Robert Lee Curtis will be before Judge Robert Dewane at 11:45 for a status conference as he faces charges of Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child, 1st Degree Child Sex Assault, and ten counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
The victim reported the abuse in May of 2023, noting there were several incidents where Curtis touched her inappropriately.
Curtis has denied any wrongdoing, entering a not-guilty plea on all charges in July 2023.
He remains in the Manitowoc County Jail on a $15,000 cash bond.
