Menomonie police are investigating after a teenager posted a photo of themselves holding a gun outside the local high school.
The image was discovered by police on Saturday night.
Authorities say the teen had brought a BB gun to school last week, which has since been confiscated.
It is unclear how old the teen is or whether they are a student at Menomonie High School.
Prosecutors are reviewing the case, but no information has been released regarding potential charges.
