A Dane County judge has ruled that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will remain on Wisconsin’s November ballot.
Kennedy had requested his name removed, arguing that Wisconsin’s ballot access law has different timelines for Republicans, Democrats, and independent candidates.
The judge denied his request, stating that removing him at this point would create a ‘logistical nightmare’ and emphasized that Wisconsin law is clear: once a candidate is on the ballot, they stay on.
The judge also pointed out that Kennedy is responsible for his current situation.
